Major Job Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for all age groups, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, immittance testing, OAE, and ABR/BERA as required.
- Assess vestibular function and balance disorders where applicable
- Interpret test results to diagnose hearing and balance disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized management and rehabilitation plans.
- Recommend, fit, program, and verify hearing aids and assistive listening devices based on patient needs.
- Provide hearing aid orientation, counselling, and follow-up services.
- Ensure devices are issued and stored safely (e.g., always provided in protective cases, as per organizational policy)
- Provide auditory training, speech reading strategies, and communication counselling to patients and families.
- Educate patients on hearing conservation and device care.
- Perform paediatric hearing screenings and diagnostic assessments.
- Support early intervention programs and collaborate with SLPs and paediatricians.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, reports, and consent forms.




- Prepare audiological reports for ENT referrals, medico-legal cases, and insurance purposes.
- Work closely with ENT surgeons, speech-language pathologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in case discussions and referral planning.
- Ensure calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of audiological equipment.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Conduct hearing screening programs in hospitals, schools, industries, and community settings.
- Participate in hearing conservation and awareness initiatives.
- Adhere to ethical standards, skilled guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Participate in continuing education, training programs, and audits as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP)

· Master of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology. (MASLP)

· 1–3 years of experience in Audiology.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
