JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Solar Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair solar power systems. The candidate should have good technical knowledge and be comfortable working at different project sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install and commission solar PV systems.
- Perform electrical wiring, connections, and equipment installation.
- Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of solar systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues.
- Handle installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment.
- Perform testing and ensure proper functioning of systems.
- Follow electrical and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain installation and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams.
- Visit customer and project sites as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification.
- Previous experience in solar installation or electrical work is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
