Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated professionals for the position of Accounts Executive across Newtown, Kolkata.

Job summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant who will responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks, ensuring that all financial data is entered into the system in a timely and productive manner. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in accounting and finance, contributing to our clients’ financial well-being while developing valuable professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Book-keeping, accurate financial records and ledgers
- Making of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- GST, TDS filings, Income Tax Filings and other statutory compliances
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable




- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Coordinate with auditors during audits
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA/ M.com Preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP)
- Good Understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.
