Barista – Restaurant

Role Purpose

The Barista (All-Rounder) is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beverages, and other beverages offered by the restaurant while maintaining consistent recipes, presentation, and service standards.

The role requires good knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso extraction, milk steaming and texturing, basic latte art, brewing methods, coffee beans, grind settings, and proper operation of espresso machines and grinders. The Barista should also be comfortable preparing teas, coolers, juices, mocktails, shakes, and other non-alcoholic beverages as required by the restaurant.

As an all-rounder, the position also involves supporting general F&B; operations when required, including taking guest orders, assisting with food and beverage service,



maintaining the counter and service stations, handling basic billing/POS functions, replenishing stock, and coordinating with the kitchen and service teams.

The Barista is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee and beverage station, carrying out opening and closing procedures, monitoring daily stock and mise en place, minimizing wastage, and ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained correctly.

The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, energetic, guest-focused, and comfortable working across different areas of restaurant operations. Good communication skills, product knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods are essential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
