- Handle Non-Trade Cement orders and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Work with 4 cement brands:
- UltraTech
- Wonder Cement
- Mycem
- JK Super
- Prepare and process PO according to client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients regarding cement quantity, brand, rate, delivery location, and dispatch requirements.
- Maintain daily Order & Dispatch Reports in MS Excel.
- Update Excel reports for order quantity, dispatched quantity, pending quantity, and delivery details.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely dispatch and delivery of cement.
- Maintain complete records of orders, POs, dispatches, and pending orders.
- Follow up with clients regarding order confirmation and delivery status.
- Handle client communication and resolve basic order-related queries.
- Prepare and maintain documents using MS Word.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of all order and dispatch data.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word required.
- Good communication and client-handling skills required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
