Role Purpose

To support the Director in daily operational control, order tracking, MIS and follow-up, ensuring smooth execution of the complete business cycle from Sales Order to Dispatch and Payment Collection.

Key Responsibilities

* Track every order from Sales Order → Planning → Procurement → Production → QC → Packing → Dispatch → Billing → Payment → Closure.

* Maintain the Master Order Tracker, TNA and Daily MIS.

* Monitor Plan vs Actual for production, dispatch and order delivery.

* Coordinate and follow up with Sales, Planning, Purchase, Stores, Production, QC, Dispatch and Accounts.

* Identify delays, bottlenecks, shortages and pending actions and escalate them proactively.

* Prepare a concise Daily Management Report for the Director.

* Track pending approvals, dispatches, invoices and outstanding payments.

* Maintain an Action Taken / Pending Action Report and ensure timely follow-up.

* Assist the Director with daily priorities, operational coordination, meetings and follow-ups.

* Ensure no important commitment or deadline is missed due to lack of follow-up.

Candidate Profile





* 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in garment/manufacturing/operations/MIS.

* Strong Excel, MIS and reporting skills.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Proactive, organised and comfortable working under pressure.

* Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

* High level of ownership, confidentiality and accountability.

Key

This is not a data-entry role. The candidate should be proactive, take ownership of follow-ups and act as the Director’s key operational support, ensuring complete visibility and control across the business cycle.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
