Eligibility: Graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO experience
REQUIREMENTS
* Positive verbal and written communication skills
* Healthcare / International BPO experience preferred
* Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if applicable
* Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
