Job Description – Sales Executive

We are hiring Sales Executives for our Sanitary Pad Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell sanitary pad products.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Identify current sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales / Field Sales / FMCG / Sanitary Products.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Salary & Incentives:

- Salary will be performance-based and aligned with sales achieved.
- Attractive incentives may be provided based on sales performance.
- Higher sales performance can lead to higher earning potential.
