Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and a strong understanding of the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Work on W2, C2C, and W2 hourly requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Negotiate rates, manage candidate expectations, and support offer closures.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely submissions.

Required Skills:

- 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US IT technologies, job roles, and staffing processes.
- Experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
