About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience who is comfortable working across multiple layers of the technology stack.

You will be responsible for building and enhancing web and mobile applications, developing APIs and backend services, working with databases and integrations, and contributing to end-to-end product development.

This is not a role limited to frontend or backend development. You will have opportunities to work across the frontend, backend, mobile, database, and cloud layers.

Forward-Deployed Engineering & AI Focus
This is a forward-deployed engineering role. You will work closely with customers, business/product stakeholders and internal teams to understand real-world problems, translate them into specifications, build and deploy working solutions, and iterate based on feedback. The role requires strong hands-on engineering skills together with an ability to use AI coding agents and agentic AI capabilities to accelerate the software development lifecycle.

What Will You Work On?

As part of the engineering team, you will:

· Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js / Angular

· Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using C# and .NET / .NET Core

· Develop and integrate Android and iOS mobile applications

· Design and work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL

· Build integrations with third-party services and external APIs

· Develop new features and enhancements for existing platforms

· Understand existing codebases and independently implement new functionality

· Debug, troubleshoot and optimize applications across different technology layers





· Work with cloud infrastructure, containers and CI/CD pipelines

· Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to deliver complete features

AI-Native & Agentic Engineering

We are building an AI-native engineering culture, where AI is an integral part of the software development lifecycle.

Our engineering processes increasingly use AI-assisted and agentic workflows for:

· Requirement analysis and clarification

· Specification and Spec-Driven Development (SDD)

· Architecture and technical design

· Code generation and implementation

· Automated testing

· Debugging and issue resolution

· Code reviews and refactoring

· Documentation

· Development workflow automation

You will be expected to learn and work with AI coding agents and AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow.

We are looking for engineers who are curious about how AI can make software development faster, more reliable, and more scalable, while maintaining solid engineering practices.

Required Skills

· 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience

· Strong experience with C#, .NET and .NET Core

· Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React.js and/or Angular

· Strong understanding of REST API development

· Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL

· Hands-on experience with Android and iOS mobile application development

· Understanding of authentication, authorization and API integrations

· Good debugging and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work across frontend, backend, database and mobile layers

· Experience working with existing codebases and independently developing recent features

Preferred / Desired Skills

· Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD)





· Experience using AI coding assistants / AI development tools

· Understanding of AI agents and agentic engineering workflows

· Cloud experience with AWS or Azure

· Experience with Docker

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines

· Experience with microservices architecture

· Experience with automated testing

 Preferred: Prior hands-on experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD), including defining requirements, specifications, acceptance criteria and using specifications to drive implementation and testing.

 Preferred: Prior experience working with AI coding assistants, AI agents, or agentic software engineering workflows.

 Preferred: Prior experience in a forward-deployed engineering, customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or similar role.

 Preferred: Demonstrated ability to use agentic AI capabilities for requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation and workflow automation.
