We are looking forward to hire​ an HR Executive at Bhatti Oven Made Memories, Ambernath West.

Job Summary:

HR Executive shall have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete hiring process while supporting key HR activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

2. Sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Coordinate for post selection process, and joining process for the candidates.

3. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, records & daily reports to HR Head.

4. Maintaining proper records of Leave, Attendance,



and have decent understanding of Payroll.

5. Conduct employee engagement, retention, grievances, payroll updates to HR Head.

Required Qualifications:

1. Graduate preferred [MBA, Diploma in HR or any other relevant field]

2. Excellent communication skills, should be polite yet commanding.

3. Experience of 1 to 2 years required & Immediate joiner is preferred.

4. Should be well-versed with Google Docs, Excel, Word etc.

5. Should have the willingness to learn & grow.

6. Salary: 15,000/- to 27,000/- ( Depending on the interview )
