Title :- Senior Project Manager

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, monitor, and manage client-focused service delivery projects from initiation through completion leading project planning, resourcing, staffing, and subcontract management for moderately complex projects across a diverse client base.

Experience: 8–15 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, monitor, and manage projects end-to-end, including staffing and subcontract management
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and identify solutions
- Define project scope, plans, and budgets in coordination with internal teams
- Own requirements gathering, chartering, change control, risk management, and close-out
- Facilitate resource planning, cost estimation, and budget control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget




- Monitor performance and recommend schedule or resource adjustments
- Apply consistent project management methodology, tools, and documentation throughout

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree with 5–7+ years of relevant project management experience
- Experience leading teams and managing projects of low to medium complexity
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of resource planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and risk management
- PMP or P2P certification mandatory
