- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international travel.
- Prepare quotations for flight tickets, hotels, holiday packages, and complete travel itineraries.
- Handle air ticket bookings, cancellations, date changes, reissues, and refunds.
- Search and book suitable hotels based on customer requirements and budget.
- Design and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare detailed day-wise itineraries according to customer preferences.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel suppliers.
- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policies, payment terms, and travel conditions to customers.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after their trip.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and booking-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate all confirmed bookings and ensure vouchers, tickets, and travel documents are provided on time.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
