Brand Representative – Shoppers Stop SIS

Location: Shoppers Stop SIS Counter, Plot No. 381, Rohini Mall, Twin District Centre 1, Sector 10, Rohini, New Delhi, Delhi – 110085

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Brand Representative to represent KIMIRICA, a luxury D2C personal care and wellness brand, at our Shoppers Stop SIS counter. The role will focus on delivering a premium customer experience, driving sales, building product awareness, and maintaining KIMIRICA’s luxury brand standards at the counter.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive daily sales and achieve assigned store and individual targets.
- Deliver a premium and personalised shopping experience to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable KIMIRICA products.
- Demonstrate and explain products across categories such as bath & body, skincare, fragrances, home wellness, and gifting.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, usage, and brand stories.
- Ensure the SIS counter is well maintained and aligned with KIMIRICA’s visual merchandising and luxury brand standards.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Manage stock, billing coordination, inventory checks,



and daily sales reporting as required.
- Support new product launches, promotions, gifting requirements, and in-store activations.
- Build strong coordination with the Shoppers Stop team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve customer experience and sales.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, discipline, and professionalism.

Requirements

- Experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, fragrance, luxury, lifestyle, or premium retail will be preferred.
- Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
- Passion for sales and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and comfortable working in a premium retail environment.
- Ability to work on weekends and rotational shifts as per store requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
