Job Responsibilities:

Receive and handle employee/customer grievances professionally.

Understand complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

Maintain records of complaints and their resolution status.

Follow up on pending grievances and ensure timely closure.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Prepare basic grievance reports for management.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor’s degree.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle difficult situations calmly.

Location: Kuzhithurai , Marthandam

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
