Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused Host/Hostess to create a warm first impression for guests and ensure smooth seating and guest coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests professionally.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation.
- Handle reservations and waiting lists.
- Coordinate with the service team regarding table availability.
- Assist guests with basic menu and restaurant information.
- Handle guest queries and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain a polite, skilled and welcoming attitude.

Requirements:





- 1–2 years of experience in a fine-dining or premium hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
