Location: Wakad, Pune.

Job Description:
1. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards

2. Understanding of BOQs, contract terms and billing procedures

3. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

4. Certifying bills for payment and managing the payment process

5. Ensuring that projects stay within the allocated budget and tracking costs

6. Estimating the quantities of materials and work required for a project

7. Responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing billing processes and ensuring budgetary control.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
