Pricing Executive / Pricing Coordinator

Preferred experience: 1–3 years in Shipping / NVOCC / Freight Forwarding

Key responsibilities:

Obtain and negotiate ocean freight rates from shipping lines / slot operators.

Prepare import/export freight quotations.

Maintain updated freight and local charge databases.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Documentation and Accounts teams.

Monitor rate validity, GRI/PSS/war-risk and other surcharges.

Compare market rates and support sales with competitive quotations.

Follow up with carriers for space and rate confirmations.

Maintain proper records of quotations and rate agreements.

Preferred skills:

Valuable knowledge of EX-IM ocean freight

Understanding of 20GP, 40HC, SOC/COC, DG, OOG and Reefer

Good Excel skills

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Experience dealing with shipping lines / NVOCCs / freight forwarders

Pay: ₹12,848.46 - ₹27,677.66 per month
