The role of Senior Systems Engineer is to provide network engineering expert resources in the disciplines of core routing, core switching, network security and network diagnostics.

We encourage early applications as the vacancy may close once the position has been filled or final interviews have been arranged.

Responsibilities:

Performance :-

- Analyse,



diagnose and troubleshoot issues in network and related problems regarding the customer change requests.
- Remote operation and diagnosis of high-end network equipment
- Support various firewalls within enterprise network environments.
- Building, configuring, installing, and managing network and IP Telephony infrastructure related hardware and software
- Analyses, troubleshoots, problem solves and provides input on decision making.
- Liaise and cooperate with ISP to troubleshoot and resolve any bandwidth or connection issues.
- Working with the best and latest cutting-edge network security technologies
- Work with infrastructure teams to implement/execute change requests.

Collaboration

- Close cooperation with the operations and supporting technical teams.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners where relevant.

External Stakeholder Engagement

- Managing communication with onsite resources and customers as and when required

Experience:

The role and its responsibilities can be expected to evolve across time.

Skills and Experience

- A graduate in any discipline preferably (Computer Science, Engineering) with 2 - 3 years of experience in a network environment
- Industry-related experience as a Mid-level Engineer.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP)
- ISP working experience considered as an add on advantage.
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF)
- Extensive experience in VPN’s, network security, routing and switching.
- Ability to work independently.
- Sharp troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and tenacity to get the job done.
