Key Responsibilities

1. Client Experience & Showroom Reception

- Warmly greet all visitors, architects, contractors, and retail clients upon arrival.
- Register walk-ins in the CRM system, capturing basic client details, project scope, and timelines.
- Manage refreshment service and ensure visitors are comfortably attended to while waiting for designers.

2. Consultation Scheduling & Flow Management

- Coordinate appointments between clients and modular kitchen/wardrobe design consultants.
- Manage the interactive display schedules and mock-up layout zones to prevent overcrowding.
- Handle incoming calls, general phone inquiries, and direct leads to the appropriate department.

3. Showroom Maintenance & Visual Standards

- Conduct daily morning checks to ensure the reception area and showroom floor are spotless and presentable.
- Ensure all modular display units, finish samples, catalogs, and promotional flyers are neat, undamaged, and fully stocked.
- Coordinate with facility and housekeeping staff for upkeep of lighting, displays, and client lounge areas.

4. Administrative Support





- Maintain registers for client visits, designer assignments, and vendor drop-offs.
- Oversee incoming/outgoing courier packages, material samples, and factory documents.
- Manage office stationery, client refreshment inventories, and petty cash for day-to-day showroom needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or customer service staff in retail, hospitality, luxury showrooms, or interior design centers.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, warm personality, and presentable appearance.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using CRM/POS entry software.
- Organizational Ability: Multitasking, punctual, and capable of handling busy weekend walk-in crowds calmly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
