Sales Coordinator –for Breezlabs

Breezlabs is a fast-growing whole-home air purification brand serving premium homeowners, offices, clinics, schools, and gyms across Delhi NCR. We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage our lead pipeline — from inquiry to closed sale.

What you'll do:

- Respond promptly to incoming leads from Meta Ads, website, and referrals, and qualify them for fit
- Coordinate scheduling between customers and our field sales/site evaluation team
- Maintain and update the lead tracker daily
- Follow up consistently with prospects at each stage of the sales funnel
- Liaise between the sales team, technical team, and customers to keep things moving
- Research and build databases of potential B2B clients (offices, clinics, schools, gyms) during lighter workload periods

What we're looking for:

- 0-3 years in sales coordination, inside sales,



or telecalling (solid-communicator freshers also welcome)
- Fluent in Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads without dropping the ball
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a small, fast-moving team
- You should have your own computer and mobile phone for work
