- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
- Drive revenue, profitability, GOP and overall business performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve hotel objectives.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality and brand compliance.
- Lead, motivate and develop the hotel team to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor departmental budgets, costs, manpower and productivity.
- Drive sales, marketing and revenue initiatives in coordination with respective teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and key client relationships.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Prepare and review MIS, forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Corporate Office on business, HR, finance, sales and operational matters.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
