Job Summary

Sree Anandha Bhavan Vegetarian Restaurant, Kottayam, is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic numerical ability, and a professional attitude toward customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily cash and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Generate bills and process customer payments efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of cash, bills, and daily transactions.
- Handle POS/billing software and other cashier-related systems.
- Verify cash balances and report any discrepancies to the management.
- Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries.
- Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized billing counter.
- Follow restaurant policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline.




- 0–5 years of experience in cashier, billing, retail, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS systems will be an advantage.
- Valuable numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
