Job Title: Store Incharge / Parts Incharge

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Incharge / Parts Incharge to manage automobile spare parts inventory and daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain spare parts inventory
- Handle parts inward and outward entries
- Maintain proper stock records and documentation
- Prepare parts orders and coordinate with suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess stock
- Issue parts to the service department as required
- Verify received parts against invoices and orders
- Conduct regular stock checking and reconciliation
- Maintain proper storage and organization of parts
- Coordinate with the Service and Accounts teams
- Handle warranty parts and related documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Previous experience in automobile parts/store management preferred
- Knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Good computer and MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally is an added advantage
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
- Freshers with good knowledge may also be considered
