Role: Presales Executive
Exp: 1+ Years
Loc: Kokapet - Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and qualify real estate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
- Update lead details, follow-ups and status in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

- Site visit coordination
- CRM knowledge
- Real Estate / Property sales experience preferred
