Job Summary

Stratefix Professional Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Deputy Operations Consultant to support operations consulting and process improvement projects across manufacturing and service organizations.

The role involves client coordination, process assessment, implementation of improvement initiatives, data analysis, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and identify operational challenges and process gaps.
- Analyze and improve production, manufacturing, and operational processes.
- Implement Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, process flows, process maps, skills matrices, and operational formats.
- Develop project plans, dashboards, MIS, KPIs, and review reports.
- Collect and analyze operational data and track performance improvements.
- Coordinate with client management, supervisors, and shop-floor teams.
- Support audits, implementation reviews, and corrective action plans.




- Coordinate and guide junior team members.
- Travel to client locations as required.

Qualification & Skills

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech / MBA / Bachelor's Degree.
- 4–6 years of experience in Operations, Production, Manufacturing, Process Improvement, or Consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Good communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
