About the Role

BHC Hair Transplant Clinic is looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Office Executive to join our team at Thondayad, Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, assisting patients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every visitor.

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the clinic. Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Coordinate patient consultations and follow-up visits. Maintain patient records and daily reports.
- Manage front-office activities and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Assist in patient communication and follow-ups.
- Handle basic billing and payment-related activities, if required.
- Maintain a qualified and positive clinic environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
