We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager & Sales Specialist who has complete, end-to-end knowledge of the Modular Furniture industry. The ideal candidate will handle clients, pitch designs, and look after the complete manufacturing and factory operations. Proficient software skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp are mandatory for this role.Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Client Handling:Meet clients, understand their requirements, and pitch modular furniture solutions (Kitchens, Wardrobes, Office furniture).
- Designing: Create detailed 2D/3D layouts and production drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Production Management:



Oversee factory operations, handle labor, manage raw materials, and ensure timely production.
- Execution & Quality Control: Supervise the final installation at the site and maintain strict quality standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in the Modular Furniture industry (Factory + Sales).
- Solid technical knowledge of materials (Plywood, MDF, Hardware, Finishes).
- Hands-on experience with design software: AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
