Qualifications

* ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electromechanical Engineering.

* Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motors, sensors, and control panels.

* Hands-on experience in troubleshooting ultrasonic welding equipment and pneumatic clinching machines preferred.

* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on factory equipment and utilities.

* Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and electromechanical faults in machines.

* Troubleshoot and maintain ultrasonic welding equipment to ensure consistent performance.

* Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic clinching machines for reliable operation.





* Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.

* Assist in installation and commissioning of recent machinery or equipment.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during maintenance work.

* Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

* Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
