About the Role

Aum Buildcon is looking for an experienced and technically strong Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant civil construction experience and should have successfully completed at least 3 construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that site execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within planned timelines.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, skilled workers, and labour teams.
- Check workmanship and ensure proper execution of construction activities.

Technical Responsibilities

- Read and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and related construction drawings.
- Take and verify site measurements and quantities.
- Ensure proper levels, dimensions, alignment, and execution as per drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Identify technical issues at site and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, measurements,



and relevant documentation.

Quality & Material Management

- Ensure construction work meets required quality standards.
- Inspect construction materials and ensure appropriate materials are used as per specifications.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of required materials.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials at site.

Project Monitoring

- Track daily and weekly project progress.
- Report project status, delays, site issues, and requirements to management.
- Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure project activities remain aligned with the planned schedule.
- Monitor contractor performance and work completion.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure safe working practices are followed at the construction site.
- Coordinate with site teams to maintain proper safety standards.
- Ensure workers use appropriate safety equipment and follow site safety procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions and site-related risks to management.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Must have successfully completed a minimum of 3 construction projects.




- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand engineering and construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, measurements, and quality control.
- Good coordination and team-management skills.

- Have hands-on experience in managing construction sites.
- Be capable of independently handling day-to-day site activities.
- Have strong knowledge of civil construction and execution.
- Be comfortable coordinating with contractors, labourers, vendors, architects, and consultants.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving site-level issues.
- Have good communication and reporting skills.
- Be disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
- Be willing to work in a field/on-site setting.
- Have a proven track record of completing multiple construction projects.
