QUALIFICATION

- Minimum Qualification: SSLC (10th Standard)
- DRA Certification: DRA certification is mandatory for the position.
- Driving Licence: Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply; experience in loan collection, recovery, or field work will be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Good communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
- Field Work: Willingness to travel and visit customers for field collection activities.
- Other Requirements: Candidates should be responsible, disciplined, and willing to work with collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers and follow up on overdue loan accounts.

Collect pending payments as per company and bank guidelines.

Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.

Maintain proper records of customer visits and follow-ups.

Update collection details in the company system/app.

Maintain skilled communication with customers.

Submit daily activity and collection reports

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
