Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Tester with 7+ years of Salesforce testing experience to lead end-to-end quality assurance activities across Salesforce implementations, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in functional and automation testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, API testing, test management, and defect lifecycle management, along with hands-on experience in Playwright and TOSCA.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce projects, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce implementations.
- Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test reports.
- Manage SIT, Regression, UAT, Integration, System, and End-to-End testing.
- Review business requirements and technical specifications to identify test coverage, risks, and gaps.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Track, manage, and report defects throughout the defect lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor a team of testers and promote QA best practices.
- Ensure testing milestones are achieved within project timelines.
- Support production validation, release testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
- Experience with Agentforce implementations is preferred.

- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Robust knowledge of defect management and QA processes.
- Experience leading QA teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Automation & CI/CD

- Hands-on experience with Playwright and TOSCA.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts/frameworks.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated testing into deployment processes.

Mandatory Certifications

- Salesforce Administrator Certification – Must Have
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification – Must Have
- Salesforce Service Cloud Certification – Must Have

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience testing Salesforce Health Cloud and Agentforce implementations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Experience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce QA/Test Lead who can independently manage testing activities, lead QA teams, work closely with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure high-quality Salesforce releases through effective functional and automation testing.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
