Jan Gramin Vikas Sansthan (JGVS) is looking for a responsible and experienced Project Coordinator (PC) to manage NGO projects, coordinate field activities, supervise staff, and ensure timely implementation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor JGVS projects and field activities.
- Supervise Project Coordinators, Community Level Workers (CLWs), and other field staff.
- Prepare work plans, activity schedules, targets, and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with villages, community members, women’s groups, farmers, youth, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor field visits, community meetings, surveys, training programs, and awareness activities.
- Maintain project documentation, beneficiary records, attendance, photographs, and field reports.
- Prepare project progress reports and support proposal and donor/CSR documentation.
- Coordinate with NGO management, CSR partners, foundations, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency, accountability, and proper implementation of project activities.
- Identify field-level challenges and provide practical solutions.




- Conduct regular staff meetings and review team performance.
- Support JGVS in developing new projects, partnerships, and community initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in NGO/project coordination or rural development work.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Solid report-writing and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel to villages and project locations.
- Candidates with experience in CSR projects, women empowerment, livelihood, agriculture, education, or community development will be preferred.
