Job Title: Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct data research and compile information as required by internal teams
- Support lead generation activities through cold calling and cold emailing
- Prepare briefing notes and documentation for internal and external meetings
- Assist in organizing presentations, meetings, and promotional activities
- Compile and circulate website and social media analytics reports
- Prepare analysis reports, logistics sheets, presentations, and maintain documentation records
- Contribute ideas for marketing initiatives and support campaign execution
- Proactively coordinate and communicate with clients,



vendors, media representatives, and external agencies

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates/PG in business or commerce streams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of market research and analytics techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office and common web-based applications
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow on the job

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
