We are hiring for Engineer – Customer Technical Service

Required Skills

- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
- Experience in production supervision and manpower management.
- Process monitoring and quality control.
- Shop floor management and safety compliance.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving skills.
- Reporting, documentation, and audit support.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) – Mechanical

Experience

- 4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, customer technical service, paint shop, wax management system, or related production processes.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier workplace.
- Knowledge of automotive corrosion protection and wax application systems.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts at the customer site.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
