Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and generating leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with existing leads.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customers’ requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling/sales team for further client assistance.




- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi; knowledge of Punjabi is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply.
