- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Assess trainees' progress and provide feedback to improve their learning experience.
- Stay updated on technological advancements to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Organize workshops and webinars to address specific IT topics or challenges.
- Provide technical support and guidance during training sessions.
