- Check raw materials and components against technical drawings and purchase specifications before production.
- Monitor the assembly line to catch defects early and perform routine checks during manufacturing.
- Inspect final medical products, packaging, and labelling before approving them for shipping.
- Maintain exact batch records, calibration logs, and test results to satisfy agencies like the FDA or local regulators.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a technical diploma.
- 0 to 5 years working in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical devices or pharmaceuticals).
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 (medical quality management) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and write transparent technical documentation.
