Required Skills in Service Advisor :-

- Solid communication & customer handling skills
- Good knowledge of automobile servicing
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance & repair
- Customer complaint handling
- Vehicle inspection & service estimation
- Job card preparation & documentation
- Service scheduling & follow-up
- Knowledge of spare parts & service procedures
- Coordination with technicians & workshop team
- Customer relationship management
- Upselling of service packages & accessories
- Billing & service cost explanation
- Problem-solving & negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
- Time management & multitasking

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
