Key Requirements of an Accounts Executive

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations
- Knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation procedures
- Experience in handling invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Good understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial statements is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare accounting will be an added advantage
