Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Telecaller with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, pitching our services/products, addressing customer inquiries, and generating quality leads or scheduling follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead lists.
- Clearly communicate product and service details to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle objections, questions, and feedback in a polite and skilled manner.
- Maintain accurate call logs, client feedback, and lead statuses.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients to build rapport and close deals.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer objections calmly.
- Basic computer literacy for tracking and updating lead data.
