Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and passionate Graphic Designing Faculty to train students in qualified graphic design and visual communication.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training, developing students' design skills, conducting projects and assignments, and preparing students for real-world freelance and professional design opportunities.

Key Responsibilities1. Teaching & Training

- Conduct Graphic Designing classes for beginners and advanced learners.
- Explain design concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Provide hands-on training using industry-standard software.
- Demonstrate professional design workflows and techniques.
- Maintain an interactive and engaging classroom environment.

2. Software Training

The faculty should be capable of teaching some or all of the following:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro – basic knowledge preferred
- After Effects – basic knowledge preferred

3. Graphic Design Topics

Training should cover:

- Design Principles
- Elements of Design
- Colour Theory
- Typography
- Layout & Composition
- Branding & Visual Identity
- Logo Design
- Business Card Design
- Brochure Design
- Flyer Design
- Poster Design




- Social Media Designs
- Advertisement Designs

- Print Media Design
- Digital Media Design
- Photo Manipulation
- Image Retouching
- Vector Illustration
- Creative Typography
- UI Design – basic understanding
- Brand Guidelines

4. Practical Projects

Faculty should provide students with real-world projects, such as:

- Logo creation
- Brand identity project
- Social media campaign
- Restaurant menu design
- Business card
- Brochure
- Product advertisement
- Event poster
- Billboard
- Magazine layout
- Packaging design
- Certificate design
- YouTube thumbnail
- Instagram/Facebook creatives
- Portfolio project

5. Student Assessment

- Conduct practical assignments.
- Review and evaluate student designs.
- Give individual feedback.
- Conduct periodic tests and practical examinations.
- Track student progress.
- Help students improve their creative and technical skills.

6. Industry-Oriented Training

- Teach students according to current design trends.
- Introduce professional design workflows.
- Explain client requirements and design briefs.
- Teach file preparation for print and digital media.
- Explain image resolution, colour modes, file formats, bleed, margins, etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,476.78 per month

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
