About the Role

The CSR Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporates, foundations and other potential CSR partners to support The Akshaya Patra Foundation's programmes and initiatives.

The role involves identifying prospective corporate partners, understanding their CSR priorities, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings, managing partnerships and ensuring effective communication and reporting throughout the engagement.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, presentation and relationship-management skills, along with an understanding of CSR and corporate philanthropy.

CSR Executive – Job Description

· Identify and approach potential corporate CSR partners and foundations.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate CSR teams and decision-makers.

· Research companies, CSR priorities, funding opportunities and potential partnerships.

· Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, meetings and corporate outreach.

· Understand corporate CSR requirements and match them with Akshaya Patra programmes.

· Prepare CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations and partnership documents.

· Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations and corporate visits.

· Follow up with prospective partners and manage the partnership pipeline.

· Maintain regular communication with existing corporate partners.

· Coordinate corporate visits to Akshaya Patra kitchens and programme locations.





· Track proposals, follow-ups, commitments and partnership deliverables.

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports on CSR outreach and partnership activities.

· Stay updated on CSR trends, corporate giving priorities and relevant funding opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development, institutional relations or a related field.
- Prior experience working with NGOs/non-profit organisations will be an advantage.
- Existing corporate/CSR network will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
