- Job Summary
- We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented sales manager for our gym/fitness center. The candidate will be responsible for increasing memberships, handling client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting gym services and fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current membership sales through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and social media leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explain gym packages, fitness programs, and promotional offers to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff for smooth operations.
- Plan marketing and promotional activities to increase memberships.

Requirements





- Good communication and sales skills.
- Experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, or retail sales preferred.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
