- Create, implement, and monitor learning strategies that are designed to benefit both the company and the employee
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs as the learning and development lead
- Look into and adopt various learning methods such as coaching, online learning and job shadowing
- Oversee all aspects of the learning materials and resources needed to effectively implement the learning and development programs
- Act as a point of contact with external training providers and employees who are undergoing learning programs
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
