- Develop and lead creative concepts for branding, digital marketing, and advertising projects.
- Create creative strategies and visual directions based on client requirements.
- Lead and guide the creative team, including designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators.
- Review and approve creative designs, videos, campaigns, and other visual content.
- Develop creative concepts for short videos, reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Plan and direct video shoots, photoshoots, and content production.
- Experience in handling and directing on-location shoots and short-video production.
- Guide the team on camera angles, shots, framing, lighting, locations, and overall visual presentation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and convert ideas into creative outputs.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, quality,



and creative standards across all projects.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, creative styles, and content trends.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and develop cutting-edge campaign ideas.
- Manage creative timelines and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
- Work closely with the Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Production teams for campaign execution.
- Take responsibility for the overall creative quality and execution of client projects.

Pay: ₹18,390.34 - ₹81,714.45 per month
