- Prepare and submit quotations for spares and consumables for Perkins, Volvo, and ECO Series.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, ensuring clarity and competitiveness.
- Maintain regular communication with customers via verbal and email correspondence to discuss quotations, follow-ups, and inquiries.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and foster relationships.
- Compile daily reports in Excel format detailing quotations shared and their status, sharing insights with team members.
- Provide weekly updates on outstanding customer payments, tracking follow-ups and resolutions.
- Submit Requests for Quotations (RFQs) on vendor portals to secure necessary parts and materials.
- Monitor and manage responses to RFQs to optimize procurement efficiency.




- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure proper handling and delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvement in quotation management and customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Educational Qualification and Skills required :

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Excel and other reporting tools. Knowledge of Tally / Salesforce / ERP software will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
