- Assist the Purchase team in preparing and processing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Support the team in obtaining quotations from suppliers and preparing quotation comparison statements.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding price, delivery schedule, quality and commercial terms.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and components.
- Assist in maintaining vendor records, quotation files, PO records and procurement documents.
- Assist in checking purchase-related documents, invoices and delivery details.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production,



Planning, Quality and other departments regarding material requirements and delivery status.
- Update MIS reports, purchase trackers and supplier follow-up reports.
- Support the Purchase team in monitoring pending Purchase Orders and overdue deliveries.
- Learn and follow the company's procurement procedures, ERP/HRMS systems, quality requirements and compliance guidelines.
- Perform other purchase-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
