Hiring: Storekeeper / Kitchen Supervisor A renowned 3-Star Heritage Hotel is seeking an experienced, proactive Storekeeper / Kitchen Supervisor to manage inventory, control food costs, and oversee back-of-house kitchen operations.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in classified hotels/restaurants; prior experience with an MNC chain is an advantage.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Food & Beverage Management./ Logistics/ Commerce
Key Skills: Strong command of food costing, inventory management, kitchen coordination, and computer proficiency (MS Excel / POS & Hotel ERP systems).
Key Responsibilities: Monitor food procurement and stock levels, calculate recipe/plate costs, minimize wastage, maintain par stock, and ensure kitchen hygiene and compliance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
