W&H; View Residency is looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Staff member to join our team in Mattancherry, Kochi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas
- Change bed linen, towels and other room supplies
- Prepare rooms according to hotel cleanliness standards
- Replenish toiletries and guest amenities
- Handle housekeeping materials and equipment carefully
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management
- Coordinate with the reception team for room cleaning and guest requirements
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness throughout the property
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping/hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers willing to learn can also apply
- Good attention to cleanliness and detail
- Punctual,
responsible and hardworking
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts when required
